East Addition
Roof installation on the four story tower is complete. The structure is now “dried in,” meaning it is a finished, weatherproof building. Exterior sheeting has been applied and all windows have been installed. Exterior surfacing is ongoing.

While we have been able to witness many changes on the outside of the building, there has been just as much activity happening inside the structure. Internal framing and distribution of utilities such as plumbing, electricity, HVAC and sprinkler systems are at 90 percent completion. Sheetrock installation has started in selected areas.

North Addition
The steel framework, concrete decking and fireproofing for the two-level north addition have been completed. Roof installation is expected to be completed within the next 30 days and interior drywall installation will begin within the same time period.
