Secretary Judith Keane

Judith Keane resides in Sedona, Ariz., with her husband, Mark. She is retired from her position as Quality Improvement coordinator with the City of Sedona. Judith has a Master's degree from the University of Kansas, and a Doctorate (all but dissertation) from the University of Georgia.

Judith has served as an organizational development consultant for a variety of public and private organizations, with a focus on local government. She has served as Board member of the Northern Arizona Council of Governments and former Sedona Cultural Park, Sedona City Council member, and past president of the League of Women Voters and Sedona Women.

She enjoys traveling, learning, and has a passion for community and quality local government.
