The Marketing and Customer Relations department plans and implements public relations programs, including preparation of communications materials, interactions with the media, and coordination of community events and programs. Information is provided to the community through newspaper press releases and advertising, monthly radio show participation and presentations to local organizations.

Part of the mission of the VVMC Marketing and Customer Relations department is to provide information and services to the media and general public, to enhance communications within the hospital, to ensure a quality image of VVMC and to provide community outreach.
