If Disaster Strikes

At Verde Valley Medical Center, patients are our number one priority in a disaster or crisis situation. However, Marketing and Customer Service department representatives are available and will make every effort to respond to your requests as soon as possible.

Please be sure you are familiar with our “Release of Patient Information” policies. A location is provided for all media to gather so information can be released in a press conference format that does not compromise patient privacy or VVMC’s need for added security in a disaster situation. Please go to the Information Desk in the Outpatient Services entrance on Candy Lane and you will be escorted to the media room.
