You are invited to visit a Mended Hearts, Inc., support group meeting.

The Verde Valley Mended Hearts group is a gathering of heart patients, their families, or caregivers, who find sharing information, encouragement and hope is beneficial for all.

This sharing of like experiences often helps individuals cope with challenges which may occur after cardiac incidents.

The free meetings are held the second Monday of each month, 5:30-6:30 p.m., at Verde Valley Medical Center, 269 S. Candy Lane, Cottonwood. The meetings often precede the Heart of the Matter Cardiac Education series.

Although usually held in one of the VVMC Conference Rooms, check with VVMC’s Cardiac Health and Fitness Rehabilitation gym to confirm room location, or call 928 639-6322.
