Effective Oct. 1, officers of the Verde Valley Medical Center Board of Directors include Board Chair Kenneth Moll, Engineering manager for Quintus, Inc., Camp Verde; Vice Chair Judith Keane, former Quality Improvement coordinator with the City of Sedona; Treasurer Ray Selna, broker/owner of Selna and Associates Real Estate and Investments and a former mayor of the Town of Clarkdale; Secretary Matias Sandoval, financial advisor with Edward Jones Investments; and Past Chair Alan Everett, a former mayor of Sedona. Medical Staff officers are Chief of Staff Harry Alberti, M.D., Family Practice physician; and Past Chief of Staff Kevin Wilson, D.O., Internal Medicine physician.

Other board members include Ron Barber, retired school superintendent; Celeste Correa, M.D., Family Practice physician; Richard Cranmer, CPA; Jack Dempsey, VVMC interim president; James E. Ledbetter, Esq., attorney; Shawn Orme, director of College Guidance at the Orme School and president of the Orme Ranch, Inc.; Jim Puffenberger, NAH president; and Tom Taylor, certified financial planner.
