More rigorous H1N1 Flu restrictions now are in place at Verde Valley Medical Center.

In order to keep both patients and visitors safe during this flu season:

If you have a FEVER, SORE THROAT, BODY ACHES or COUGH, you are NOT ALLOWED in the hospital unless you are a patient.

Children under the age of 18 ONLY ARE ALLOWED in the new main entrance waiting area.
All children should be accompanied by an adult while waiting.

Si ha venido a visitar a un ser querido y tiene síntomas similares a los de la gripe, como fiebre, goteo nasal, tos, dolor de garganta, dolor de cabeza, nauseas, vómitos o diarrea, posponga la visita hasta que los síntomas disminuyan.

Debido a la presencia del virus H1N1 en nuestra comunidad, no se permite que niños menores de
18 años visiten a pacientes del hospital.

Se permiten niños en la zona de espera de la entrada principal.
