Verde Valley Medical Center offers a pregnancy and postpartum support group, called Mother-to-Mother, for women who are adjusting to the challenges of pregnancy and motherhood.

Women can experience a wide range of emotions during pregnancy and after childbirth. Although the feelings are quite common, many women feel isolated and ashamed. The group offers a safe and supportive environment designed to help women understand their feelings during these transitional times.

Meetings are held weekly on Wednesdays, 6-7:30 p.m., VVMC Conference Rooms B and C. For easiest access, please park in the visitor parking lot on Candy Lane and enter through the Outpatient Services entrance. Infants are welcome. For more information, please call 928 639-6157.
