The Verde Valley Medical Center Board of Directors offers a Student Loan Program to Verde Valley community members interested in obtaining competency in a healthcare profession.

Criteria include U.S. citizenship and Arizona residency for at least one year, Verde Valley residency, commitment to a healthcare profession, commitment to the Verde Valley community, and demonstrated financial need. Participants must be enrolled in a healthcare-related program, and must maintain a minimum of a C-average GPA.

The application process includes submission of a student loan application, one-page essay, and provision of three professional references.
