Verde Valley Medical Center’s (VVMC) Women and Infant Services is hosting an early pregnancy informational workshop to promote healthy pregnancies. This class is an opportunity for expecting mothers to learn tips for a healthy pregnancy.

The workshop is from 9:30 a.m. to noon, Saturday, Nov. 13 in VVMC’s Conference Room A. The classes will discuss exercise, nutrition, stress management, breast feeding, baby growth and prematurity awareness.
