Verde Valley residents now have expanded access to primary care through Verde Valley Medical Center’s Family Health Providers. A service of VVMC, Family Health Providers has expanded to 10 primary care providers in four clinic locations throughout the greater Verde Valley area. Family Health Providers includes physicians, physician assistants and nurse practitioners who specialize in family medicine and/or internal medicine. With clinics in Cottonwood, Camp Verde, Sedona and the Village of Oak Creek, VVMC’s Family Health Providers are conveniently located.

Cottonwood Family Health Providers recently moved to the Manzanita Plaza, 450 S. Willard Street, Suite 115.
