Keep Diabetes in Control – Sedona Library Lecture Series Aug. 23

Verde Valley Medical Center (VVMC) is sponsoring the Sedona Library Lecture Series. The August lecture, Keep Diabetes in Control, is at 5 p.m., Tuesday, Aug. 23 at the Sedona Library, 3250 White Bear Rd., Sedona. To RSVP or for more information on this free event, call 928 451-6111.

Andrea Gonzalez, M.D., will discuss diabetes and its effect on the body and ways to keep diabetes in control through diet, exercise and medications. Those diagnosed with diabetes or pre-diabetes, family members and friends, and caregivers are invited to attend this free, informative lecture.
