Randy Boardman, PT, ATC/L, is a physical therapist and licensed, certified athletic trainer in the EntireCare Rehab & Sports Medicine Experts department at Verde Valley Medical Center. He specializes in sports medicine and working with the local middle and high school athletes. Students work with Randy to learn exercises to avoid vulnerable positions, and increase flexibility, strength and endurance.

David Castillo, MPT, ATC/L, is a physical therapist and licensed, certified athletic trainer in the EntireCare Rehab & Sports Medicine Experts department at VVMC. David specializes in Sports Medicine and Orthopedics, and is a member of the ESPN Extreme Sports X-games medical staff. He enjoys helping a wide variety of patients and seeing them progress, whether it is an individual recovering from a sports injury, a joint replacement patient receiving physical therapy, or an athlete wanting to get back into peak physical condition. |

Andrew Castlelein, PT, AT/L, CSCS is a physical therapist, athletic trainer and strength and conditioning specialist with the EntireCare Rehab & Sports Medicine Experts department at Verde Valley Medical Center. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in kinesiology, a Master of Science degree in exercise science and a clinical doctorate in physical therapy.

Jon R. Cook, PT, DPT, is a physical therapist with a clinical doctorate in Physical Therapy in the EntireCare Rehab & Sports Medicine Experts department at VVMC. Jon is the coordinator of the Joint Replacement and Sports Medicine programs at VVMC. He also has a special interest in clinical research, orthopedics, and advanced shoulder surgery and rehabilitation.

Shaylee Davis, CCC-SLP, is a speech-language pathologist with EntireCare Rehab & Sports Medicine Experts at Verde Valley Medical Center. She holds a bachelors degree in Speech Science and Technology and a master of Science in Communication Science and Disorders.

Kim Dlugosz, MS,OTR/L, is an occupational therapist in the EntireCare Rehab & Sports Medicine Experts department at Verde Valley Medical Center. Kim works with adults and children, both inpatients and outpatients who have had their lives significantly affected by a neurological, orthopedic or other health condition. Kim has significant experience working with patients with neurological impairment and traumatic brain injury.

Diane Dustin, PT, is the lead physical therapist in the EntireCare Rehab & Sports Medicine Experts department at Verde Valley Medical Center. Diane specializes in working with clients having difficulty with chronic pain. She developed the Fibromyalgia Program, and has taken courses in myofascial release. Diane enjoys working closely with patients who have neurological and orthopedic challenges, including pediatric patients. She also assists those with lymphedema.

Kelly Fosberg, PT, DPT, CSCS, is a physical therapist with a clinical doctorate in Physical Therapy in the EntireCare Rehab & Sports Medicine Experts department. She also is a certified strength and conditioning specialist. Kelly’s area of particular clinical interest is manual therapy and exercise for the management of both acute and chronic spine diagnoses, rehabilitation of shoulder and knee injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and sports-specific rehabilitation and training.

Susan Grace, OTD, OTR/L, CHT, has a clinical doctorate in Occupational Therapy. She is a registered and licensed occupational therapist and the lead certified hand therapist in the EntireCare Rehab & Sports Medicine Experts department at Verde Valley Medical Center. Susan specializes in hand rehabilitation after traumatic injury and chronic conditions of the hand and arm.

Jaime Hart, PT, DPT, is a physical therapist with a clinical doctorate in Physical Therapy in the EntireCare Rehab & Sports Medicine Experts department at Verde Valley Medical Center. Jaime specializes in orthopedics and fitness,working toward strength and conditioning. She also provides hand therapy sessions two days each week.

Aaron Hedrick, MS, SLP is a speech-language pathologist in the EntireCare Rehab & Sports Medicine Experts department at Verde Valley Medical Center. Aaron’s primary focus is articulation and phonological (sounds) disorders in the pediatric population. He also is pursuing specialization in disorders of swallowing and voice.

Guy Jaaskelainen, PTA, is a physical therapy assistant in the EntireCare Rehab & Sports Medicine Experts department at Verde Valley Medical Center. Guy specializes in working with inpatients and outpatients participating in the Verde Valley Joint Replacement Program who have had knee or hip surgery. He assists in providing physical therapy focused on improving range of motion and restoring independence as soon as possible.

Brad Lough, PT, is a physical therapist in the EntireCare Rehab & Sports Medicine Experts department. Brad grew up exploring Arizona, and continues to enjoy an active outdoor lifestyle with his family. His physical therapy work background includes working in the both the hospital and outpatient therapy setting. Brad also covers Inpatient and Emergency department shifts at Flagstaff Medical Center on an as-needed basis.

Eric Mace, PT, MPT, is a physical therapist in the EntireCare Rehab & Sports Medicine Experts department at Verde Valley Medical Center. He has a Master degree in physical therapy. Eric specializes in clinically complex patients: wound care, amputees, spinal cord injuries, stroke, MS, neurological conditions and orthopedic condition.

Elle Nyre, PT, is a physical therapist in the EntireCare Rehab & Sports Medicine Experts department. Elle is an experienced outpatient physical therapist who diagnoses and treats a wide range of musculoskeletal problems. She is certified in the LeDuc Method of lymphedema management, an evidenced-based method for treating lymphedema. Elle also is certified in LSVT BIG protocol, an intensive whole body, specialized training program for working with individuals who have Parkinson disease.

Paul Prefontaine, PT, physical therapist, is the director of the EntireCare Rehab & Sports Medicine Experts department at Verde Valley Medical Center. Paul has served as director of EntireCare since July 2004, and has supported the department’s growth in many areas to meet the increasing needs of patients and referring physicians by improving and increasing programs and services offered.

Cheri Raimonde, MPT, DPT, CSCS, is a physical therapist with a clinical doctorate in Physical Therapy in the EntireCare Rehab & Sports Medicine Experts department. She also is a certified strength and conditioning specialist. Cheri enjoys learning from treating a variety of diagnoses. She has a special interest in neurological rehabilitation, finding working with that particular patient population both challenging and rewarding.

Mark Ritter, OTR/L, CHT is an occupational therapist with VVMC’s EntireCare Rehab & Sports Medicine Experts department. With Bachelor of Science degrees in both occupational therapy and psychology, Mark works at the Cottonwood and Dry Creek EntireCare locations. Mark specializes in orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation of the shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand. He treats conditions including, but not limited to, upper extremity post surgical repair, upper extremity fractures, osteoarthritis, tendon injuries, nerve injuries and cumulative trauma disorders. |

Christy Romfo, PT, is a physical therapist in the EntireCare Rehab & Sports Medicine Experts department at Verde Valley Medical Center.
Christy specializes in wound care. As a physical therapist, her license allows her to care for wounds through debridement (removal of dead tissue through use of sharp instruments), allowing them to heal faster and more efficiently.

Steve Romfo, PT is a physical therapist in the EntireCare Rehab & Sports Medicine Experts department at Verde Valley Medical Center. Steve’s areas of expertise are orthopedics, and balance and vestibular disorders. Using the MedTrak Balance Testing and Falls Prevention technology system, he evaluates patients with complaints of dizziness, vertigo or lightheadedness.

Anne Wakefield-Bittick, PT, DPT, is a physical therapist with a clinical doctorate in Physical Therapy in the EntireCare Rehab & Sports Medicine Experts department at Verde Valley Medical Center. Anne works with a variety of physical therapy patients, including inpatients and those with chronic wounds. She also has a special interest in working with morbidly obese patients.

She enjoys teaching individuals and groups about how to prevent and care for many common injuries, especially orthopedic and sports injuries.
