The EntireCare Rehab & Sports Medicine Experts at Verde Valley Medical Center offer comprehensive services and programs in physical therapy, occupational therapy, hand therapy, and speech/language pathology. The professional team of staff members share more than 300 years of combined experience in evaluating, diagnosing and treating orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, speech, language, and swallowing problems.

The department goal is to provide an interdisciplinary approach to assist patients to prevent disability, restore functioning capabilities to the highest possible level, and assist in the maintenance of that level.

Each specific type of therapy is considered a specialty, and plays an important role in the rehabilitation process. The EntireCare team functions as a cohesive unit where all members share information and knowledge. The ultimate goal is the patient's improvement and return to the highest possible functioning level. All therapies are medically prescribed for VVMC inpatients and outpatients, and include comprehensive evaluations and individualized treatment plans provided by caring, skilled professional therapists.
