How long is my recovery time? Recovery time is usually less than for a total knee replacement – usually two days in the hospital. Most patients check in on Wednesday and are discharged on Friday.
How large is the incision? The incision is approximately three inches long, and to the side of the knee – directly over the affected area.
Will I be able to get in and out of bed easier? Yes – a physical or occupational therapist will show you the proper techniques for getting in and out of bed.
