Customer Satisfaction Manager

Patients at Verde Valley Medical Center have a readily available resource for questions and concerns.

The Customer Satisfaction Manager is an R.N. and staff member in the Administration Department. She is available to answer questions, provide information, and communicate your concerns associated with VVMC services to the appropriate department director or administrative team member.

The Customer Satisfaction Manager supports procedures and guidelines related to customer satisfaction. She works closely with the VVMC Medical Staff, Administrative team and other colleagues to assist in the identification and resolution of customer concerns.
