Dr. Arnold

Dr. Jeffrey Earl Arnold is Board Certified in Pulmonologist, Internal Medicine, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine. He has been practicing medicine for 26 years.

He believes that patient education is critical in the effort to work together and achieve a healthy patient. The technologist that work the long night shift hours are the best people for this and we have the finest technologists in the entire state of Arizona. In addition, patience and kindness are great qualities we as health care professionals should strive for, and not let the stresses of our job destroy us.

Dr. Curran

Dr. Donald Curran is Board Certified in General Psychiatry and Sleep Medicine. He has practiced medicine for 40 years and is licensed to practice Osteopathic Medicine in Arizona. He is also Board Certified in Family and Geriatric Medicine. 

He enjoys helping people who have problems with sleep and daytime alertness. He recognizes that poor sleep hygiene and mood problems such as depression as well as insomnia contribute to reduced daily functioning. He believes that sleep apnea can be treated with continuous positive airway pressure as well as with the professionally fitted oral appliances. And that compliance with prescribed treatment can help increase daytime alertness, reduce high blood pressures, reduce weight, and help improve co-occurring illnesses such as diabetes and heart disease. Doctor Curran is dedicated to teaching and explaining the best clinical approach to sleep problems as well as mood problems.

He is a member of the medical staff of the VVMC where he is the Medical Director of the in-patient Senior Lifestyles Behavioral Health Unit.
