Billing FAQs

If you have questions regarding your hospital bill, help is just a phone call away. Our customer representatives are available Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. to assist you.

Our representatives can:

  • provide information about billing procedures for all health insurance carriers.
  • explain the VVMC billing procedures and statements.
  • help you understand VVMC’s patient billing payment requirements.

Inquiries:

  • General questions regarding VVMC bills and billing procedures should be directed to 928 639-6424, in-house extension 36424 or 1-800-577-4136.

You may receive billing statements from independent providers who have contributed to your care.

The following physician services will be billed separately and are not included on your hospital bill:

  • Anesthesiologist
  • Cardiologist
  • Emergency physician
  • Hospitalist
  • Radiologist
