Patient Relations Coordinator Services
Service excellence at VVMC is of utmost importance to exceed our customers’ needs and expectations. Your nurse, caregiver, or person providing your inpatient or outpatient service is your primary contact for all patient and/or visitor concerns or compliments. VVMC also has available to all patients and visitors a patient relations coordinator to answer questions, provide information and communicate your concerns to the appropriate department director or team member. Compliments and/or concerns also may be brought to the attention of the patient relations coordinator by telephone at 928 639-6263, or in-house extension 36263, by mail, or in person.

Case Management/Social Services
Case Management coordinators and social workers at VVMC understand the special problems that illness and hospitalization can create.

VVMC Case Management/Social Services staff members are available to patients and their families 24-hours a day to provide support in a crisis, counseling related to your illness, information and referral services, and discharge planning services. To contact Case Management/Social Services directly, please call 928 639-6565, or in-house extension 36565. You also may ask your nurse or physician to arrange for a social worker or case manager to visit you. There is no fee for this service.
