Children's Health Center of Northern Arizona
The Children's Health Center (CHC) at Flagstaff
Medical Center is located on the West Campus. CHC offers a variety of
pediatric outpatient services. These services include:

Children's Rehabilitative
Services

Specialty medical consultation

Audiology services
-
Safe Child Center
Some services are available on an adult
outpatient basis.
CHILDREN'S HEALTH CENTER MISSION
CHC is dedicated to
providing quality specialized services to promote health and wellness
for the children of Northern Arizona.
GOAL
The goal of CHC
is to provide confidential, family centered care in a child-friendly
environment. Individualized services may include: evaluation; treatment;
medical, rehabilitative, and psycho-social intervention through an
interdisciplinary, community approach.
