Intensive Care Unit
The Intensive Care unit at Flagstaff
Medical Center provides a high standard of care utilizing
state-of-the-art technology. Our department is a 30-bed facility. The
Intensive
Care staff has special training to provide compassionate care using
advanced equipment. The patient’s needs are our top priority. Staffing
ratios are - one nurse
to every two patients is our goal. Our highly trained staff gives the
patient and the family quality care around the clock.

decrease medication errors by supporting nurse's decision making
abilities at the point of care

Cerner — computerized patient record system that fully
supports all patient care functions for charting, managing orders and
analyzing data
