Patient Advocate
Patients at Verde Valley Medical
Center have a readily available resource for questions and concerns.
Cheryl Prince, Patient Advocate, is a licensed practical nurse, and
staff member in the VVMC Quality department. She is responsible for
coordinating activities related to patient and visitor concerns, and any
complaints associated with VVMC services.
The Patient Advocate supports procedures already in place related to
patient satisfaction. She works closely with medical and VVMC staff to
assist in the identification and resolution of customer issues. |
