Patient Satisfaction Survey Program at VVMC
Professional Research Consultants,
Inc. (PRC) is a full service healthcare marketing research and
consulting firm, specializing in customized research. PRC provides an
in-depth patient satisfaction survey service to Northern Arizona
Healthcare, including Flagstaff Medical Center, Verde Valley Medical
Center and VVMC-Sedona campus.
PRC assists healthcare organizations in improving their quality of
healthcare delivery for patients, physicians and employees by performing
surveys by telephone, by appointment if necessary. Data obtained from
the surveys is then compared to 150-200 healthcare facilities across the
nation.
At VVMC more than 2,500 surveys are performed annually, the results of
which help VVMC determine areas of expertise and areas for improvement.
VVMC posts its quarterly survey results throughout the hospital in
patient waiting areas. The intent of the program is two-fold; it
inspires staff to match or exceed national norms for quality, and allows
VVMC to share those efforts with the community. |
